Materials including pigments, fertilizer, metal powder, conductive plastic, graphite, detergents, and cleaning formulations are expertly blended utilizing developed batch and blending processes. Our on-site, state of the art equipment includes presses, grinders, mills, screeners, and blenders such as our twin shell blenders with liquid intensifier bar. We are equipped to handle batch capacities from 50 to 5,000 lbs. We take pride in fast turnaround and individualized attention for our customers. All products are subjected to thorough testing including analytical, hardness, physical, and titration to name a few. Large and small volume orders are accepted, and confidentiality is assured with non-disclosure and secrecy agreements. Quality protocols include CGMP and SPC, with available documentation.
