At Tableting Pro, we recognize the importance of confidentiality in our work. All custom work is kept strictly confidential when the client pays for formulation and process development. We understand that our clients' intellectual property is critical, and we take every possible step to ensure that their information remains secure. For example, in a situation where a sample tablet from the open market is submitted with a request to duplicate it, we will deny the request since we had produced this "sample" for an existing client.
Our confidentiality policy extends to all our clients, and we take great care to ensure that their privacy is protected. In rare cases where we believe that two clients may benefit from knowing each other, we contact both parties for permission to give out their names.
