Tableting Pro takes great pride in offering superior Contract tableting services, which include the processing of solids, reagent and other chemical tableting. We utilize advanced single punch and rotary presses, capable of applying tablet pressure capacities ranging from 2 to 40 tons, to create non-FDA tablets to precise customer specifications. Our available tablet sizes range from .156" to 3" in diameter, with a maximum weight capacity of up to 1 pound.

Our team is well-equipped to handle capacities ranging from prototypes to volume production. With extensive experience in manufacturing a wide range of tablet types, including blends, effervescents, moisture absorbers, deodorizers, dye tracers, and agglomerates, we offer our clients exceptional versatility. We can also control tablet dissolving times, ranging from 30 seconds to 3 months or more, depending on the client's requirements. Our tablets are used in a variety of applications, such as water testing and analysis, laboratory reagents and diagnostics, toilets, bathing, fertilizers, heat treatments, cleaning, and numerous other uses.

Our tableting process produces environmentally safe products by minimizing the dust associated with powdered chemicals. In addition to customized tablet formulations, we provide several varieties of stock tablets, including Absorb-Tabs® carrier tablets, Nickel Carbonate battery tablets, Copolywax® grinding aid, PVC Malcomizing Tablets, and Sodium Thiosulfate tablets for de-chlorinating waste water.
